Virtual Vitality Is This Weekend And It's Free

Vitality Expo, the annual wellbeing show, which attracted more than 4,500 visitors during the two-day event in 2019, has been cancelled for 2020 due to Coronavirus concerns.
​With the four distinct elements of Vitality: Food & Cookery, Fitness, Wellbeing and Sustainable Living, the annual line-up of engaging expert speakers covers all aspects of positive living. 
Vitality is owned by Eventhaus Ltd and brought to you in association with Health Stores Ireland, a group which represents the majority of health food stores in Ireland.

To celebrate their passion for health, wellbeing and sustainable living they have organised a special weekend of expert talks, fitness classes, special offers and fresh recipes. All for free!

This weekend, 25/26/27 September, they invite you to join them with your water bottle for exciting workouts, with a cup of tea to listen to world class experts give talks in their field of expertise and with your ingredients to try out fresh, delicious recipes. And, for a limited time only, a selection of the Vitality exhibitors are offering discounts, vouchers and special offers.
